Roots Volleyball offers training programs year-round for athletes who do not wish to participate in a full club volleyball season or need to supplement their current training program. We offer sessions in fall, winter, and spring. Each session is 12-weeks of training for 2 hours each session. The program is open to any 11U-16U players and is a great way to receive high-level club training without the expense of travel to tournaments.
